Vaccine Education Program

The “Is this worth a shot?” vaccine education program at IGB was developed as a chance for community members to ask questions about the various Covid 19 vaccines available. Programs were put on for local schools as well as the local library over Zoom. Parents and other community members were then able to ask questions to scientists after a presentation about how the vaccines were developed. I made the initial digital flier, and developed part of the powerpoint presentation that others on the team filled out with appropriate information. I also worked with the senior designer to develop social media tiles used on Twitter and Instagram about vaccine ingredients and development.
